Excellent location, close to many restaurants, shops and bus routes. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room. Good pool and outdoor area. Quiet, limited street noise.

I came for a visit with some family members. Upon arrival, I was told congratulations, as my husband had called ahead and let the staff know it was our wedding Anniversary. He unfortunately was unable to join me, but they arranged a bottle of wine to be left with chocolates in my room, and upgraded my room to a suite for the week. The room and view was perfect, with the added view of Camelback mountain. The space was perfect for my family to come and visit. The pool was heated and the Jacuzzi was perfect. "Snooze" was recommended as a breakfast place, and I went back a second time! I was able to walk to get anything I needed. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

The hotel is in a great location walking distance to nice stores and many restaurant options. The pool area is nice, the room was comfortable, the parking was adequate. The staff could have been friendlier but the rest of the experience was very good.

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Property was beautiful. The pool was heated and very nice. Staff was super friendly. the breakfast was good. I will be staying here again. location is amazing, next to a mall and many places to eat.

This is a well located, comfortable place to stay. Parking is easy and plentiful, and covered! )Very important for Phoenix, especially in the summer). It's an easy walk to multiple restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. For the price, this hotel is an excellent value.

We were overly impressed with the cleanliness and upscale feel of Sonesta. It was by far the nicest and cleanest we have stayed at in the Phoenix area. EVER! The pool and courtyard area were wonderful. While we did travel for work, it was nice that Sonesta was near our daughter's home and also conveniently located to eating establishments and other entertainment businesses. We will definitely look for other Sonesta's for future stays!

Coffee and morning sweets were available for purchase. Location was very good. Plenty of available restaurant choices, and very centrally located.

The location is great - Central Phoenix on the Camelback corridor! I didn't even know this place existed, and I have lived here 30 years. Very convenient for me. The staff was friendly and helpful (Dave and David at the front desk), though we had very little interaction. The covered parking is an excellent amenity. I also appreciated the security entrances.
